FAQ's

Q: "How much money have you spent on records?"
A: "No comment! I have been happily married for over 28 years now, and I don't want that to change. :) If I had invested my money in Bitcoin, instead of records, I would probably be better off financially. But, no amount of money can buy the happiness my record collection gives me - every day of the week.

Q: "How many records do you own?"
A: "I have never counted and nor do I intend to. My collection is more about quality than quantity. You won't find creates of old records gathering dust in my garage."

Q: "Do you listen to all of your records?"
A: "I always listen to an album as soon as I purchase it. I wash he record first of course. Once the album is added to my record collection it is played depending on my mood, the occasion or when I am obsessing over a particular band or genre."

Q: "How do you clean your records?"
A: "I clean my old records with the Spin Clean system, I trim or replace the inner sleeves with paper & poly inserts. The covers are then cleaned and glued if required. The records are then stacked vertically in alphabetical/chronological order- obviously."

Q: "Where do you buy records?"
A: "I have some preferred sellers on Ebay who I buy from fairly regularly, I trawl the record stores (and Opp Shops) wherever I travel. My favourite place to buy records are at the record fairs - just remember to wear some comfortable standing shoes. :)"

Q: "What about scratched records?"
A: "I steer clear of records with deep scratches, they are no good for my stylus. I always look for a clean copy. If I compromise I will always be disappointed."
